Nursing Service in the Boer War
Sister Elizabeth RUSSELL was sent by Canada to care for the sick and wounded during the Boer War.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
Sailed in the Sardinian October 30, 1899 arriving Cape Town December 1899. The Roslin Castle left Cape Town for Halifax, N.S., December 13 with the following (on passage home)... The Roslin Castle arrived Halifax January 1901.
