Biography

Thomasina Lissette CORLYON was born in 1874 at Crosshill in Refrewshire[1], although she was baptised in Everton, Lancashire[2]. The 1881 Census shows her living with her Mother (shown as a widow) in Everton[1], but by 1891 she had returned to Scotland[3].

Sister Thomasina Lissette CORLYON served with the South African Constabulary<ref>The National Archives: War Office WO 100/271 QSA Medal Roll for the South African Constabulary dated 30 September, 1901, p.31</redf>.
