Biography

Sister Sarah Alice Bickford trained at the General Hospital in Birmingham. She joined the Princess Christian’s Army Nursing Service (Reserve) on February 23, 1900[1]. We have found no reference in the QSA Medal Rolls so she may have been serving in a military hospital in the UK.
